Beginning My Weight Loss Journey
Our family just returned from a sunny, beach vacation in Florida. While there we discussed our next beach-scene vacation. We are looking at a more adventurous trip next year, which made me realize I NEED to drop some serious pounds before then. Not just because I want to look amazing in a two-piece again, but because I want to be healthy and not run out of breath on a simple hike. I successfully lost 75 pounds before I got pregnant, but I have never been able to find the motivation or fortitude to lose the weight after having my daughter. Now is the time, time to get serious and lose this weight once and for all. I want to be healthy and full of energy to hike mountains and snorkel with my family. No more excuses, no more waiting, this weight loss journey begins NOW!
